As payment information cannot be securely transferred between systems, you'll receive a secure credit card authorization form to add your payment method.

How do I log in?
Use the cell phone number connected to your child's account.
Each authorized caregiver can log in separately using their own phone number.
I didn't receive a verification code.
Please contact our front office and we'll be happy to help.
Can I request schedule changes through the app?
Yes! You can request schedule changes or additional appointments directly in the portal. Our scheduling team will review your request and send a confirmation via text.
I'm on the waitlist. Will the portal help?
Yes! If an appointment becomes available that matches your preferences, you'll receive a notification through Ocean Friends.
Can I message my therapist?
Absolutely. Secure messaging allows you to communicate with your child's therapist as well as our administrative team.
