2. Complete Application Form & Insurance Verification
Provide essential information through our application form, and we will review and explain your out-of-network insurance benefits to clarify your coverage options.
3. Submit Intake Forms
Complete necessary paperwork to prepare for your child’s evaluation.
4. Schedule the Evaluation
Book an appointment for your child’s comprehensive evaluation with one of our therapists.
5. Attend the Evaluation
Join your child during the evaluation session to observe and participate.
6. Consultation
Have a virtual meeting with your child’s evaluating therapist to review findings and discuss the recommended treatment plan.
7. Schedule Treatment Sessions
Arrange therapy sessions at a frequency tailored to your child’s individual needs and goals.
